Responsibility and Job Description: Warm welcome to the guests Assisting luggage at check-in and check-out Delivering guests to rooms and explaining the facilities Making sure the room is clean and ready Delivering water, towels and essentials
Resolving the guest complaints quickly Coordinating with front desk and housekeeping Room service (food, laundry etc) deliver Keeping the lobby and corridor clean Keeping guest stuff safe
Keeping the guest privacy Assisting elderly or special needs guests Providing information about hotel service
